HT Stormwater provides maintenance, compliance and remediation, and conversion services for regulated stormwater systems designed to treat runoff. We serve property managers, HOAs, commercial owners, developers, and municipalities across Raleigh, central and eastern North Carolina, and Virginia.
Our work includes maintaining existing systems, addressing deficiencies and repair needs, and converting temporary construction sediment basins to their permanent stormwater design.

Steve Sartorio, Co-Founder
Steve brings more than five years of stormwater industry experience and over 15 years in commercial real estate development, project management, leasing, and property management to HT Stormwater.
His leadership is grounded in a practical understanding of stormwater systems and the challenges property owners and managers face. Having worked on both sides of that relationship, Steve emphasizes clear communication, dependable execution, and solutions that support a property’s long-term needs. Working alongside John, he helps guide the HT Stormwater team and build lasting client relationships.
John Brown, Co-Founder
John is a recognized stormwater industry expert with more than 25 years of experience. His background includes operating a stormwater management company specializing in construction and repair services, giving him extensive firsthand knowledge of stormwater systems and the challenges they present.
At HT Stormwater, John brings technical expertise and practical field experience to helping the team evaluate site conditions, address complex problems, and deliver effective maintenance and repair solutions.
